If you logged in before or during ordering, you can go to the My Account page, login, and see the status of your order.
If you did not log in for your order, refer to the email you were sent at the time of your order and then again to the email you were sent when the order was shipped.
2. What if the shoe doesn't fit? What is your return policy?
We want you to have the very best product for your needs. If the shoe does not fit correctly please return unused with the original packaging. You have 30 days from the original date of purchase.
All returns must be pre-approved and labeled with a Return Authorization. Contact Customer Service in order to receive your RA. Returns will not be credited without a valid RA #.
3. Where do I ship returns?
Returns will only be accepted with a valid Return Authorization number which can be received by contacting customer service.
