Night Splint
The Strassburg Sock provides relief to runners experiencing painful plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis or tight calves by holding the foot in a slightly stretched position overnight. By maintaining a slight dorsiflexion and disallowing plantar flexion,the Strassburg Sock keeps the plantars fascia from contracting as it normally would while at rest, thus preventing morning heel pain.
Easy to use, the device consists of a calf-length sock and two adjustable straps that hold the foot in the proper position.
