The New Garmin Forerunner 110 is designed for the runner. It is small, simple to use, and comfortable to wear. It is the smallest GPS running watch on the market.

What does it do? It measures your distance, pace, and time. How? Using real time GPS. This model also tells you your heart rate.

What doesn't it do? It does not take splits like a traditional running watch. Garmin simplified it down to give runners the basics. It also does not have all the features of the 405 or 310 series. The front screen is not customizable, and you do not get features like virtual partner or sunrise/sunset. It will not leave way points or act as a compass.

What else? 8 hour battery life. It connects withthe computer and you can look at elevation, mile markers, running history and much more.

Garmin has also added a quick connect feature that generally allows you to connect to the sataleite with in 30-60 seconds.
