Our take: The Asics 2160 is exactly what we hoped, and we mean that in a good way. It has the moderate stability we've come to expect and the targeted Gel cushioning gives it a really nice ride, without sacrificing road-feel. If you loved the 2150 (or 2140, or 2130, etc...) you should feel perfectly at home in these. The only word of warning we have is that they tend to run a tiny bit narrow. If you feel like your foot is on the wider side, you might want to go with a shoe with a wider platform. We also carry the 2160 in a wide (2E) or extra wide (4E) if you know you'll need some extra space.
