Our Take: The DS Trainer 16 continues to tread (so to speak) the line between performance and every day training. It's light enough to use for quick workouts or tempo runs, but still has enough substance that many runners use it as their everyday traning shoe. The dual density midsole is enough to help mild overpronators, but runners in need of more stability might want to consider another shoe for the bulk of their mileage.
